• Outstanding sportsmen who have participated at International / Nation / State / University level in Athletics, Aquatics, Basketball, Boxing, BestPhysique, Cricket, Golf, Football, Gymnastics,handball, Hockey, Kabaddi, Volleyball, Weightlifting, Wrestling, Squash and Tennis.
• Educational Qualification - 10 + 2 qualified in any stream or equivalent examination.
• Application Form - The application is to be submitted on A$ size paper only as per the given format. Only one application form is to be forwarded.
