Location: Phoenix, AZ.
Duration: 6+ months.

Must-haves
-Experience as a Systems Engineer supporting Linux and Windows Servers
-Enterprise level Experience
-Experience working in a chaotic environment
-Previous lead experience or the desire to get into management
-Linux 2-4 years
-Windows 5-10 years
-Networking technologies.
-Must want to be a leader and can work independently on a small team.

Plusses
- Documentum experience (Content Management System)
- Experience in a document intense environment (credit card
statements, faxes, paper documentation).
- Currently working with change management processes
-ITIL, Agile รข€“ Good to have

Day-to-Day
This company is looking for a Sr. Systems Engineer to work in their
70% Linux and 30% Windows Server environment. Along with system
administration, this resource will monitor upgrades, conduct
performance metrics, and provide root cause analysis. This resource
will also interface with directors for requirements gathering and make
service improvement plan recommendations. This is a team lead role
that will eventually lead into a management role. The environment this
job will be focused in will be with document management. Someone with
that experience or someone who has worked in a highly transactional
environment are preferred.
